Elder Scrolls V.
I haven't even finished the first Dragon Age yet so I'm not ready to jump into a second.
Long done with Oblivion though and plenty eager to play a new Elder Scrolls.
If you could choose between Dragon Age 2 and Elder Scrolls V right now, which one would you play?
Elder Scrolls V, definitely. I never finished the first Dragon Age, but I put a ton of time into both Morrowind and Oblivion.
dragon age 2. little is known about the next elder scrolls. so opinion could change but right now da2.
Probably Elder Scrolls on the same decades old engine that started showing it's age years ago.
Bugs, glitches, weird animations and horrible character creation stuff.
Love it
Dragon Age II. I never played any Elder Scroll games other than Oblivion, and as much as I enjoyed it, it lacked ANY kind of narrative thrust or character development, and those are both the reasons I play RPGs.
if Elder Scrolls V were released tomorrow it'd be on that horrific engine, so Dragon Age 2 until Bethesda can get their shit together.
That's like asking a father which of his children is his favourite.
In truth though, what I have heard about the direction BioWare is taking Dragon Age II is somewhat concerning to me, as I love how much of an old school RPG the original game was. Also, Oblivion still ranks as my favourite game of all-time, and it's been far too long since we've seen Bethesda go back to their roots and give us a new Elder Scrolls game.
" Dragon Age 2. Anyone who says otherwise is a communist. "Sweet, I picked Elder Scrolls, and I actually do believe in communism.

Assuming for a moment that The Elder Scrolls V won't be as dumbed down as Oblivion was, then that. Otherwise, Dragon Age II all the way.
Then you're a bad person" @extremeradical said:

Anyway, thank you for noticing.
" @trophyhunter said:Well it ESV is on a whole new console triple fuck that game." Dragon age 2 much prettier "What are you talking about? Elder Scrolls V only runs on the NeoBox1080 and PlayBob4. It had 50K the polygon output! "
Dragon age 2 for $60 or Elder scrolls V for upwards of $500+.

P.S. I'm pointing out how dumb this poll is.
Unless Bethesda make the next ES in the same range as they made fallout 3(which would be disappointing)." Elder Scrolls V no question, even if its on the same old engine. Can't get enough Bethesda open world RPGs <3 Dragon Age was fun but...40 hours to beat dragon age + side quests v.s. 150+ hours on Oblivion there really is no contest... "
Elder Scrolls V as long as they make a brand new engine or update Gamebryo to 2.0. I love it dearly, but New Vegas is a travesty.
Since what I know about Dragon Age II doesn't appeal to me as what I imagine about Elder Scrolls V, I'll go with the next ES game. I loved DAO, but I have concerns about its new direction, so in this case a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing.
Well I already know DA2 is going downhill because they're abandoning a bunch of shit that made the game sell great to put in shit from a game that sold less. With ES5, I can pretend they'll finally get rid of that awful engine and hire competent betatesters. ES5 wins through the power of imagination.
