Hearing that Kojima is making a casltevania game has certainly increased my interest. I can just imagine the story: Dracula is using the Belmonts as his tools to create a war economy! Nanobots!

Sorry for the confusion. I got way too excited and typed this up real quick when I heard the news. I tried posting the trailer after I saw it, but I kept getting some error message.

Hmm, not sure how to feel about this since they butcherd every 3d CV game to date. Combat better be spot on, and I hope the whip feels like it has some kick to it so I dont have to beat everything with it 100x before they did. Hope its good, but not even going to bother getting my hopes up.
The boss fights look epic, but im a little worried about the fighting mechanics. looks too loose and broad, or in other words the exact opposite of traditional Castlevania games. I'll have to play it, because i love castlevania, but call me skeptical for now
That trailer looks promising. Been wanting a good 3d Castlevania for a long time. I hear the main studio in charge is the same that did Clive Barker's Jericho though so I'll try not to get too excited yet.
Kojima involved with making a Castlevania game, sweet, but it looks a little generic though, looking at the trailer. I don't see any of Igarashi or Kojims's hallmarks. Could be lame.
This game was originally just Lord Of Shadows, wondering if they just heard the internet buzz from Famitsu about Kojima overseeing a castlevainia style game and said "Shit we should turn this into Castlevainia ASAP!" And boom now it's this. Shady.

Castlevania is my favorite video game franchise, and I hate Kojima's games. All I've played is Lunar Knights, Metal Gear Solid 2 and the demo for MGS: Portable Ops, but all of them sucked major ass. I truly hope this'll turn out good, but I really, really doubt it.
I wonder if that other PS360 Castlevania still is being made? The one that Iga was working on, with Alucard. They haven't officially cancelled it, and since Lords of Shadow wasn't even related to Castlevania at first there's a chance it's still being made.
