Should I get InFamous

I wonder if I should get this game, I only heard about it for the first time about five days ago. I wonder if I should pre-Order the game based on the previews. I set my self a limit for buying two games this year and I have Assassin's Creed 2 in the plans and the second one was Bioshock 2. Now I have my doubts about Bioshock 2 and then I saw previews about Infamous and it looks cool. 

Give it a rental, just to be safe. It does look really nice though.

If you can only buy two, wait for it to come out and then make your judgment.

I'm probably going to pick it up, I got a $100 Best Buy gift card for my birthday... so I don't have to feel so bad about dropping $60 on a single player game.

....why would you set limits for game buying?

The Demo will be open to everyone on the 21st so we'll all have some on hands time with it, I read that the demo will have three missions in it so it sound like a solid demo. i pretty mch know if I will like the game by playing the demo. I must say though that the it looks like a really solid game. I really feel like Sony is finally coming out with some good exclusives.

If you think so.  Go with your gut though, not reviews.  You know what you like. Hell, there's no reason to listen to us nieither.
All I'll say is that it seems to focus more on the shooting than the city platforming, which is okay, but I dunno, it sort of is an action shooter.  Which is fine though, not necesarily a bad thing.

Personally, you should only buy a game that has two things: 1. The game has gotten good reviews or a trusted compatriot has recommended it to you
                                                                                                              2. The amount of gameplay time is enough so that your 60 dollars were worth it.

The reviews have been pretty good for it so far, and it looks like it'll offer a ton of content.

No, buy Prototype....

If you can only buy two, probably not, there are some great games coming out in the fall so you might want to wait until then to make your decision on what two games you want.

For me, if I could only buy two, I'd probably go with Modern Warfare 2 and Dragon Age Origins.

I have a wired feeling that prototype will be buggy and will under deliver, I won't be too hasty to judge though it's just my paranoid superstitious gypsy genes. I'll just wait until the demo for InFamous becomes public on the 21st.

Bioshock 2 doesn't even come out for a few more months. I guess money's tight?
