I get super emotional whenever someone leaves the GB family.
All the best, Pat. You're hair is dumb but I like you.
Have fun workin' at the Official Weezer Fansite.

As bummed as I am, I'm excited for wherever we'll see you at next, Patrick! This was a great read, even if it did put a little mist in my eyes. :')
95% of the time you were a great addition to the site, and very professional. 5% of the time you were a hypocritical and shameless asshole for no apparent reason, and it's those moments that I remember most, unfortunately. I wish you the best of luck, and to turn the 95% to 100%!
Shit.
Shit...you're killing me man! Half the reason I wanted to work with GB/CBSi was to work with you! Ahhh can't blame a guy for wanting to move on with life. I hope whatever you've got lined up is as big if not bigger for you. You're one of the best the business has seen.
:(
I may have made an early comment or two about you talking over people in the podcast but I've been a fan since you got here. Seriously bummed out, gonna miss you Trick. Hope the future goes well for you.
later duder, i did get choked up over the dark middle chapter, life is hard.
good luck, have fun with whatever you decide to do.
Thanks for all of your contributions to the site! Your features and presence will be missed big time. I wish you the best of luck for your future endeavors, scoops!
You're right, Patrick, there are things that you said or did that I disagreed with, but I can't say it didn't help open my eyes to something new. And I've always enjoyed your interactions with the other guys. But you know what they say: "Once a Giant-Bomber, always a Giant-Bomber." :) Good luck to you, sir.
Never been the biggest fan of your work but the sheer amount of content you've put out alone is undeniable. You kept the site going with interesting features in that dark time between Ryan's passing and Dan's hiring. It takes a big guy to admit to his own "growing pains." And the community definitely had to mature alongside you. But that's all water under the bridge now. In some way, it makes me appreciate you more that we've somehow shared this indirect producer-consumer relationship and mutually grown from it. I'm sure this was a tough decision to make. Good luck in your future endeavors, you will be missed. <>
Always enjoyed all of your work Patrick. Site has lost an incredible asset. Thank you for all of your work! SCOOOOPS!
Thanks for the perspective you brought to the site, Patrick! I loved the work you did on Worth Reading and Worth Playing, but most importantly all the creative interviews and think pieces. You were Giant Bomb's secret afro'd weapon.
I guess the most helpful thing I can say is good luck, and thanks for the inspiration!
:(.
Thanks for all the work you've done on the site. You'll truly be missed! Best of luck with wherever you're headed.
Your trip to Iceland with Drew was the very first video I watched from Giant Bomb because a friend of mine shared it on another gaming website. That ended up being the day I became a fan of Giant Bomb and it's been a blast following your work ever since. I'm really sad to see you go, but I'm looking forward to whatever you have cooked up in the future. Good luck, Patrick! :D
I wish you the best with your future endeavors. You're a great talent and I'm sure you will find success wherever you land. Reading your articles and watching your shows here at GB have always brought me joy. Keep us posted and still hang out in chat and the forums when you aren't too busy. Good luck, buddy!
Godspeed, Patrick. Thanks for showing the world that game journalism can and should be taken seriously. I'm looking forward to your future endeavours!
Best of luck going forward, Patrick. You've brought so much insightful and interesting content to the site and it shall be missed. That and your writeup's have always been the most heartfelt ones on the site, it really does seem you got to focus to do your own thing and it shows. Big love and keep on keepin' on!
Patrick your voice will be missed here. You gave a lot of video game nerds some real issues to consider and form opinions on that we otherwise may have ignored. I'll miss you on the site and chances are I'll be keeping up with you wherever life takes you next. Later duder.
