That's actually a pretty good idea. I'm not an achievement whore or whatever the equal is on the PS3, but I do get a kick out of hearing the sound that I've scored one. I could see people who are into accumulating trophies getting jazzed by such things. But if the new PSP is download only, and you can't rent or borrow easy trophy games anymore, would you buy those games just to score more virtual rewards?

I already have a psp I'm not buying a new one for trophies
That sounds cool, it would get me to play my PSP more. For some reason there isn't much 'spark' in my relationship with my PSP anymore.
There has been talk about this for awhile. I have no idea why they don't just go through with it. Would make alot of sense for unification of the platforms.
"I have given up trying to have a relationship with my PSP. I tried, but it just didn't work out. Not even Queer Eye could patch things up."But at least they got your PSP using product and practising good hygiene.
Seriously though it needs another analog nub and some new IPs instead of PS1/2 ports and remakes.
But I have Lumines so my PSP will never go unused for long regardless of everything else.
Yes, a unified PSN between platforms could not only elevate the status of PSN as a platform, but would just be downright awesome.
I'm in.
"I think what the PSP really needs is... good games."Shocked as I am to say this, if the Persona game on the PSP came stateside, I just might have a reason to pick one up. I hope the new PSP to be revealed at E3 is a good devise because I'd have a hard time qualifying the purchase of a system for just one game, even if it is Persona.
