Let's remember, that Miranda is rendered with Unreal 3, and Jill with MT Framework.
 
This means that you'll be getting down with Miranda when suddenly her textures won't load for a couple seconds and then you'll get this weird eyebrowless mannequin face and go AGH! until it all pops in.
 
Meanwhile, Jill will put a big focus on animation.

I'm hoping Miranda in ME3 will use team bondi's total capture technology seen in LA Noire (so instead of traditional mocapping, which just emulates bone structure and then emulates it, the tech actually records skin/surface details, and the animations and character facial features are not touched by artists at all. Having game version of yvonne strahovski would be ridiculously hot. 
 
Or, Bioware can just fix their shit so that faces in the game (all of them) don't look plastic as hell.

The thing is, even though the actress Miranda is modeled after is most definitely not ugly, there is some serious uncanny valley going on with her character model's face... which forces me to vote for creepy bleach blonde jill.

Jill.  Miranda's body looks like a party but there is something wrong with that head.  If you look at this link you can see that she looks like the girl that she was based on but the modelers really screwed up her chin area.  Its to bulged out and just doesn't look right.
