The comedians would be proud of me!! :D  I wanted a joke post! So I did one!

Interesting list...especially the inclusion of Tom Arnold.  Ever see "The Stupids"?  Anyway, I would have included a few others.

• Billy Crystal - His 1985 album "Mahvelous" is hilarious, plus his run on SNL in the early 80s.  And, he was in "When Harry Met Sally" which is a favorite romantic comedy of mine.
• Bob Newhart - From his stand up days in the 60s, through the Bob Newhart Show in the 70s (greatest sitcom theme ever), to the Newhart show in the 80s, he's been consistently one of the funniest, smartest comedian I've had the pleasure to enjoy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7BxLmqtCsV8

• Rowan Atkinson - Really all you need to know is Blackadder, but when you add Mr. Bean as well as The Thin Blue Line, this Englishman has me in stitches.
• Benny Hill - Ribald comedy that defined the English sense of humor (to everyone who couldn't get Monty Python).  Can anyone hear "Yakkity Sax" and not think of him?
• Dave Chappelle - Half Baked & his genius/madness Comedy Central series were side-spliting. 
• Woody Allen - I know he's now considered an acquired taste, but I consider his work from the 70s & 80s simply fantastic  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCb2Le3wtIk

• finally, I feel the need to mention two sketch comedy groups that I've enjoyed throughly for years.  Even when looking for examples on Youtube I burst out laughinh at some of the videos online.

1. The Kids in the Hall - great group of Canadian comics.  Dave Foley went on to start in one of my favorite sitcoms Newsradio. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MjMYQyhjiYA
