WHY DOES NOBODY GET THAT DELTA FORCE IS THE MANLIEST MOVIE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It really is here are some clips the pinnacle of 80's action movies.
Films that make you feel manly.
No film I have seen since I was like 12 has made me feel "manly". I really enjoyed watching Die Hard recently, but it certainly didn't affect me that profoundly. Watching American Football doesn't make me feel manly, no matter how much I love it. This whole notion is very alien to me.
I typically avoid "manly" movies, because they generally lack any and all substance. Not all of them mind you, just the vast, vast majority of them.

I would like to add the James Bond films. You don't have to be a mindless brute to be manly. Nails the chicks with style.
" i am disgusted by manly feelings, the need to feel manly and anything that motivates/stimulates your manly feelings... its pathetic. so i avoid that shit. i prefer the movies that make me feel like a unique and individual human being Edit: no, what i said above does NOT mean im gay. get your head out of your ass and stop seeing in black and white. step out of the box you live in... im pretty sure that i like pussy and personally cant stand the idea of two dicks together. "This is exactly what I think about this.

Those "manly feelings" are just feelings created by human instincts with no real logic to them, no meaning. Those instincts that have created so many problems to earth, that's why I also think it's pathetic." @Liminality said:

Is not about feeling special or anything like that which is also created by human necessities, it's about thinking this for a reason and not about just temporary feelings.
But if other people just see things differently, all right, but I don't think you should judge his point of view.
" @xyzygy said:Really? I have actually never heard that before, care to explain why? I watched the movie and didn't really see that much homosexuality in it... but then again I was almost bored to tears with that movie, maybe I wasn't paying attention hard enough :P" @RTSlord said:Never seen 300, have you? What is wrong with two dicks near each other?
@Alphonzo: Fuck Fucking YEAH x1000
Other movies:
Orgazmo (just because of the theme song)
Death Race
300
Bad Boys 2
Equilibrium
The Road Warrior
All 4 Die Hards
And many more
I totally agree. Fight Club is the gayest main stream movie out there. Way more then 300. All the male sexual aggression, pretending to be a more sexual aggressive man, having sex with a female and forcing yourself to forget it. Just because you can't have sex with your male lover.
I believe the street term for having gay sex, is "On the Down Low." Hence rules 1 and 2. Thats why they have no names. Why its a all male club. But then again, Star Wars was really really gay too.
Isn't it funny how movies like Fight Club, 300, Batman, and Top Gun aren't recognized as gay movies the way movies like Broke back mountain are? Even thoe, they are watched by a larger audience of gay men.

my god man calm down, fair enough that you aren't into tis sort of thing but theres no need to be so hostile
anyway, thought black hawk down made me feel awesome, cuz its so epic!!
Hm.. that's a good question..
Inglorious Basterds is a good film that makes me feel pretty good. I mean it's about a jewish unit in WW2 beating the living fuck out of Nazis.. is there any sort of revenge setting more justified?
Btw i'm not Jewish.
Long thread is long. I just wanted to mention Crank. There's not a whole much of emotional stuff, but there's plenty of very manly action IMO
It's kinda funny that you feel manly watching Top Gun. Is it that topless volleyball scene that does it for you? Personally I feel really manly watching snatch, because I'm totally a gypsy boxer...
Heat. When that epic gunfight starts, the dialogueless atmosphere of gun sounds is totally enveloping my quivering manliness.
The Bourne films. Amazing car chases, hand-to-hand fights and coolness that Jason Bourne shows with his skills gives ultimate altitude to my raging boner. Wait, does that mean I'm gay?
