Why in the fuck did she join the PC is the real question here...
Girlfriend is heading off to join the Peace Corp. How do I deal?
" Time to "gg" out. "lol. but true.

I think people here are coming off too harshly on ending his relationship. Just because most of the time a distant relationship doesn't work out, doesn't mean that this is an exception.
OP, in all of seriousness, you should talk to your girlfriend about your concern, rather than the dickhead community that is Giantbomb. She's going to be away for 2 years. That's a long time without seeing each other in person. In these two years, people can change. Relationships don't naturally last very long. I mean, you can try to keep the relationship in tact by talking to her over the webcam or telephone as much as possible, but its a difficult prospect. Ask about how she feels, and if she is alright with you dating other girls while she's gone. I think this is the best, if, she is willing to accept it. She has to understand that, she'll be away for a long time, and that you two may or may not necessarily be together by the time she comes back.
All the best luck to you OP.
HOLY CRAP YOU'RE SCREWED SHE'LL SLEEP WITH EVERY KENYAN SHE FINDS.
non-jerk post below
PC gives 2 vacation days per month, so its not like you'll never see her (assuming you can afford those airplane tickets?).
And she will have access to a cell phone, so texting is an option (calling costs a ton though)
My point is she won't be as completely off the grid as your OP seems to say.
So it's not the Kenyan's that she could sleep with that you should be worried about. It's the other attractive sharing her same interests saving the world guys that you should be worried about her sleeping with.
Yo dawg you best find out why she be leavin' for Kenya. You aint gon' see her for 2 years and you expect shit to be the same when she comes back.
Alright I guess you can figure out what we think of this situation. If you still don't care then you can occupy yourself with your "training" and also maybe start a drug habit, nothing serious just some casual stuff. Maybe take a trip somewhere or learn karate, two years is a long time to do stuff.
