Michael Bay's "The Dark Knight"

I assure you, this is not another thread proclaiming the awesomeness of The Dark Knight. It is a great movie, but I think we've all had enough of those threads.

This is, however, sure to make you laugh...loudly and frequently.

Michael Bay, Hollywood's most self-indulgent action director, has been the butt of many jokes. Now a rejected "script" has surfaced for his own take on The Dark Knight. It is not a full script, but it's enough to have you cracking up.

He is the crappiest director ever, the only movie that I liked of his was "The Island"

If he directed The Dark Knight the Joker would have ended up being CGI and half robot.

lol. in Bay's hands he'd replace half the characters with explosions, and it's the whole film would be one, long, fragmented chase scene where a character delivers the line "I did not sign up for this shit!" as a car flips over them.

Ugh Michael Bay is horrible, sure Transformers was good but thats because Spielberg was working on the project too. Pearl Harbor was a pile of shit. I wanted to see a war movie not a 2.5 hour love story with 0.5 hours of action.

Haha if he would have directed it half of the movie would have taken place in the middle east.

I couldn't even finish the second page, the whole concept is ridiculous. Seems like something Uwe Boll would have pitched, maybe him and Bay should team up to make the worst(but most laughable) movie of our time.

I can't believe that this script is true because as much as I dislike Michael Bay...I don't see how he could ever get a single job if he wrote like that. It's completely unprofessional and an embarrassment to mankind in general.

Saw it a few weeks ago. I doubt its true. As bad as his movies are, I dont think he could write material so terrible. And besides, hes not a screenwriter. Hes just a director and producer.

I liked Transformers but most of his movies seem like they can be made by anyone off the street..

On related note, I saw a commercial for that upcoming show "Fringe" and during the commercial they used the phrase "from the writers of Transformers" and I just burst out laughing.

That script was funny and for the wrong reasons. Obviously a poke at Bay.
