Should I get Left 4 Dead 2 or Borderlands?

My birthday is Friday, and I'll have enough money to get a $60 game. I really want both of these. Which should I get?
 
And for the sake of being able to actually see the results, I'm going to vote for Borderlands

If you're talking console grab Borderlands. 
If its for PC i'd get Left 4 dead 2 because Borderlands for PC is a console port that needs desperate patching.

I voted L4D2 cause I loved the heck out of the first one but I hear good things about Borderlands. I'd say depends if you like zombies more or diablo style leveling up and finding loot.

I'm going to say Borderlands, I loved it.

get Modern Warfare 2 HOOAH

Get Borderlands first, because you'll likely get more play time out of it and it's always good to support new IPs. That being said, once you get the cash together, definitely buy L4D2.

Sounds like you have to be selective in what games you buy. Generally that means you want to get the most out of your money and Borderlands has a lot to offer gameplay-wise. It will probably never be as thrilling moment for moment as L4D2 but you will get more out of it in the long run.

If you are able to come into possession of $60, you should be able to handle this decision on your own.

Both of those games are awesome & looks like Left 4 Dead 2 achievements are as easy to get as Borderlands. I may need to get both of these. Hell with Modern Woe-fare.

I would say Borderlands. You will get a good 50 hours gameplay from this game easy. Plus you can either play it single player or coop. With my experience of l4d was that it was a multiplayer game, never once did i play it on my own. Im only guessing that l4d2 is the same as i havent played it

As I believe I said, I already have Modern Warfare 2.
