Just therapeutic. But if I'm ever feeling really angry or sad, I just go to the good ol Bobby McFerrin "Don't Worry, Be Happy" It's physically impossible not to smile during that song.

Or if I'm feeling depressed about the girl I'm interested in that I'll never get, this song's lyrics basically echo my entire tale. Listening to it makes me feel more relaxed.

That, and anything from Iron Maiden makes me happy. Their harder/faster stuff get me pumped up, and their slower stuff calms me down. Happy either way, though.

Yea, Saturday Night Wrist, Diamond Eyes, White pony are my fav albums by them although i did like the hardcore Deftones as well.
