Recently a similar thread was locked due to the word "fucked" in the title, so I'd like to reboot the thread considering I felt it was a fair topic. I'll start off by saying what many others have stated as the most messed up movie and give my vote for A Serbian Film. So feel free to contribute as to what you feel was the most disturbing piece of cinema you had the pleasure of viewing!

Good answer. Robo-Bill and Ted taking their skin off scared the hell out of me when I was a little kid. I think I was scared of The Terminator as well at the time.
@MysteriousBob: When I was a kid, Ghostbusters II was the scariest thing. The goo climbing up for Ray, them getting locked in the burning dark room and just Viggo himself was a terrifying presence.

Idk, I was like fifteen when I saw it, I remember having a bit of a hard time swallowing the going being scolded with hot oil bit, and those twin guys creeped me out. Lastly, the part when the guy shoved the needles in his ears always made me uncomfortable, can't explain why. But the movie was comedic in an incredibly dark way.
Most of these films aren't messed up, they're just shit and full of rugged stuff with the sole intention of being shocking, something which can't happen when you know it's going to be shocking.
Depending upon your interpretation of the phrase "fucked up", then you could try the movie Incubus starring William Shatner speaking in Esperanto during the entire film. Pretty funny for that alone but the script is weird too.

It is way too disturbing, felt super uneasy while watching it and even forced myself to get through some parts. Didn't enjoy it at all.

I'VE SEEN THAT FILM, YOU REMINDED ME OF THAT FILM AND FOR THAT REASON I HATE YOU.
On a scale of one to ten of how wrong, sick and twisted that film I had a nightmare the night I watched it. I'm considering buying it to share it with friends just to share my pain.
