What browser your using?

I use Chrome but I fucking hate every browser that I've tried. I used to love Opera 9 but it ended up getting busted and wouldn't properly display any website. Since HTML 5 was introduced none of the browsers that support it do what I want them to.

Firefox but at this point it's the best of a bad bunch.

Mozilla. Please don't tell me how wrong I am for using it.

Chrome for daily browsing. Firefox has my proxy information set up on it.

I'm on Chrome right now though, but I'm not sure which of them I prefer.

I was a Firefoxm'n for a long time. I resisted becoming a Chromem'n for as long as I could but they just made everything so simple and clean I couldn't resist. The synchronization of all bookmarks and stuff like that is what got me to make the full switch.

I am fed up with firefox at this point. It's laggy, crashy, and a memory hog.

I started using chrome, but it's a rough transition with figuring out how to configure it properly and finding my most useful plugins.

Only downside of mozilla for me is that it crashes when i open lots of tabs =D. And thats my main browsing problem, i open tabs and i dont want to close em :<

Currently I'm on my phone so I'm using Safari, when I'm on my computer I use Chrome.

@mikey87144: Nah they work its just that YouTube videos always jitter.....and when watching streams, if I full screen it starts to lag really bad.

I usually stick to Chrome, but I'll occasionally switch to Firefox when I feel like it. That said, I actually don't see much of a difference.

@psylah: This is where I'm at too. I'm finding Firefox more and more unusable with its memory-hogging ways, and having one machine on the beta channel I can say it doesn't look like they're even trying to solve it. So I'm trying to transition to Chrome. But it still doesn't have all the functionality I want, at least not that I can find in extensions.

@Guided_By_Tigers: Just see if that helps. They updated the browser not to long ago and that's when the performance of my Chrome took a nose dive. I did that thing with the Flash player and it seemed to fix everything.

IE9. I've been having a lot of problems with Chrome lately and some of my friends tasked me with using IE9 and doing some (un-bias) comparisons. I'll post what I found here as well.

Firefox, highly customizable tons of useful add-on's and still the fastest, at least in my experience.

Yesterday I said fuck it and switched to Chrome after Firefox had been giving me speed issues for some reason. So far it's pretty awesome.

Using firefox at the moment, might try out Chrome at some point since it seems to be the new thing.

Almost solely Chrome.

Sometimes Firefox if something doesn't work in Chrome.

I don't even keep an Internet Explorer icon anywhere easily reachable, so I forget about its existence until I jump on a computer that isn't mine and realize that I have to use it.

I've been using Mozilla Firefox for a few years now and I'm very satisfied with it so far.

I use Firefox when I need to use Tor for stuff, otherwise it's Chrome all the way.

Chrome for GB and Google Reader / News. Firefox for most everything else. Baffling as to why Google products don't work well in Chrome.

Most people I know use Chrome, and the few that I know that have the "OHGODGOOGLEISOUTTOGETALLMYINFO" mentality use Chromium.

I've switched back and forth between Firefox and Chrome, but I prefer Firefox these days and use it most of the time. Ugh, at work I'm only allowed to use IE.

Best part of this thread - reminding me about Netscape.

And then I use that to download and use Chrome

Firefox. Tried Chrome once; found all the Chrome versions of the add-ons I use to be less reliable, so I moved back to Firefox. Haven't had any problems with it in ages.

What are all these extensions and plug-ins you guys keep talking about? I feel like I'm a dinosaur and I'm missing out on all this functionality because the only thing I use is Adblock.

I use chrome mostly. Firefox eats up too much memory. Although I have a tendency to open a different browser rather than mess with a lot of tabs so before long I usually wind up using both. Sometimes I'll even pop open IE.

Things like adblocker. Thats the only extension I have. Go to the Chrome store and download any extensions that tickle your fancy. Some are free... others are just harder to get for free.

Chrome. Google seems to know what they're doing.

Chrome. It used to be Firefox until I got a Windows 7 laptop. For some reason Firefox just doesn't work well on this computer.

Chrome, but I prefer it on OS X over Win7, where the text rendering looks like shit for some reason.
