What Would It Take To Turn G4 Into A Respectable Gaming Network?

If they fired everyone and cancelled every single program the currently have.
Then hired some guys who actually cared about video games.

The one thing that would be needed to turn G4 into a respectable gaming television network is a profitable viewing audience that are willing to stop playing games to watch shows about games so that the network can sell advertising airtime.  G4 used to be a decent gaming network but it couldn't support itself with just video-game-centric programming.  So, everyone bellyaching about G4's video game coverage needs to tell Comcast that you will watch G4 for 6 hours every night instead of playing games during those crucial revenue calculating time periods.
