"Ow, Canada!" -Wipeout Canada. Also, possibly the worst pun in the world.
Worst slogan you've ever heard/read
I just yesterday found out that the slogan for Sara Lee isn't "Nobody Does It Like Sara Lee" like I always thought it was. It's "Nobody doesn't like Sara Lee." Apparently they are fully aware that it's a double negative, and claim they did it that way to please the people that must find something wrong with everything.... I now think that's one of the dumbest slogans. It should have been the other way.
Gaming is my religion, and Haze is the Shit!
This guy was elected as a federal congressman (don't know the exact translation) here on Brazil last year, he was the second most voted candidate in the history of our country. His slogan (and pretty much everything he ever said or promised) was: "Vote for me. After all, things can't get any worse." Just look at him . Oh, god.Dude, he's like a clown.
He's one tough nerd.
Actually I'm pretty sure that's the best slogan ever.
"It's revolting. It's violent. It's everything you love in a game. And your mom's gonna hate it."Dead Space 2's marketing campaign was utterly pathetic, just as the games medium started becoming socially acceptable, EA just had to set us back 10 years back.Fuck you EA.Would have been my pick too. Not only does it make the community look like childish assholes, it devalues the game as well.
The bank Natwest had an advert recently which ended with the line;
"Nothings hidden, only the facts."
Priceless.
There's a brand of snacks (whose name I forget, they make trail mix and crap) that has the slogan "A treat in itself"
I challenge you to explain the meaning of that satisfactorily.
I'm with the Dead Space 2 one. I don;t have any interest in the game, but it just felt demeaning to the industry.
Spring For SIDS
Every Spring they collect money at work for this organization and all I can think of is a group of people joyously jumping in the air because of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
EDIT: I forgot this part:
"Put a Spring in your Step ... add a little Sunshine to your heart and Spring for SIDS by wearing your favorite Spring outfit and your SIDS sticker."
"Army Strong" sounds like fucking Frankenstein out of context, which is how you almost always see it.

That "make.believe" slogan was pretty funny when Sony was talking about that whole PSN issue.Better than just being uninspired and uninspiring like it was before.
Its been posted but again-
Pwn the competition.
For the 1337 only!
I forget where I saw them exactly, but it had something to do with computers. I think it was for mice or something. Maybe even NICs. Wherever it was, I wanted to shoot myself after I saw it
