Francis is a rebellious school bully who attends Dimmsdale School and his favourite target of bullying is Timmy Turner and is one of main antagonists along Vicky and Mr. Crocker.
Francis loves torturing children such as Timmy, A.J. and Chester and despite of being a student he's also a criminal like his interests are stealing, breaking the law and curfew and beating up children and takes after his father when he becomes convict over in prison.
In one episode Kung Timmy, Francis steals and takes over the Turner Residence while Timmy and his parents are kicked out by him. Timmy's dad teaches him in karate while h doesn't have the skills, Timmy creates his powers by the help of his Godparents and then gets into Kung Fu battle over his nemesis Francis in one final beating. By the time then Timmy won over his parents and his admirer Tootie's affections and Mr. Turner forces Francis to clean up his house due his punishment.
