    Overview

    Announced at a celebratory event for the 15th Anniversary of the series, Gran Turismo 6 is the second entry on the Playstaton 3. Multiple improvements to the engine were announced, particular to the game's physics engine, owing to new partnerships with suspension companies including KW Auto and tire manufacturers like Yokohama. The rendering system has also been considerably improved.

    New Features

    • Set to feature 1200 cars.
    • 33 locations and 71 layouts, with new tracks every month via DLC
    • Refined Course Maker (To be added in a future update)
    • Community Race Clubs (To be added in a future update)
    • Online Racing Series and Championships
    • Improved Car Customization with over 1000 pieces of aero bodywork and new wheels.
    • GT6 has connectivity with PC, smartphones and tablets (Mobile app will be added in a future update)
    • Refined menus focused on load times and ease of navigation
