Look, I'm just trying to beat this game.  I need to know if anyone out there can tell me:

Do I have to finish the ice cream truck and boating missions in order to beat the game?  I have beat everything else, but I suck at controlling that stupid boat, and the ice cream truck takes FOREVER.  Did I miss something?  I have used NO cheats whatsoever to get this far, and I can't find any more story missions.  The last story missions I did was for the Rebel Gun Runner guy (It's late and I forgot his name).

So, any help would be great?  Thanks.

You certainly don't have to complete any of the "R3" missions (which are engaged in vehicles like the ice cream truck or police car by pressing the right analog stick) to beat the game. The two main boat missions would be Stunt Boat Challenge and Checkpoint Charlie, so if you're on either one of those you're going to have to beat it. My suggestion is let up on the gas a little bit in the boat if you're having trouble with it.

There are some requirements for having the final missions show up. You need complete The Print Works, and five other asset missions (Club Malibu, porn studio, Kaufman Cabs, boatyard, Cherry Poppers, Sunshine Autos, Pole Position Strip Club). Cherry Poppers and Sunshine Autos probably take the longest, so I'm guessing you just need to beat that boatyard mission and you're good to go.

The boatmissions are required, that much I know.

Ah, Vice City. How I love you so.

Yeah, I still think this one's the best, at least my favorite anyway.  If only they would set the next one in Vice City.  I also heard rumors that the 360 expansions for GTA IV could be an entire city, but that seems highly unlikely...

Yeah, dude, you know... a remade Vice City could be the DLC. Vice City isn't that huge afterall. I just hope if they do remake it, it's still kind of like the old Vice City design instead of a complete remodel like they did with Liberty City.

I wish I could remember the missions from VC. Gosh that was such a long time ago.
