    Overview

    Mad Max, for the NES is a top-down driving game that puts players in control of the Interceptor, the car from the movies.

    Gameplay

    There are two modes of play, Road War and Arena.

    Road War

    In Road War; players drive in the desert, fight bandits, buy fuel, and use dynamite to destroy enemies and obstacles.

    Arena

    Arena mode shows up every other level in the game and has players fighting a set amount of bandit vehicles in an enclosed arena. These arenas feature large pits which cars can fall / be thrown into.
