This game will suprise everybody! Nobody talks about this game, are you kidding me? The graphics, facial animations, explosions and eviroments are twice as pretty as in GTA IV, and the gameplay looks brilliant!!! I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE HATE ON THIS AMAZING GAME???

Who has hated on it...?  There's just not been any news about it.  Anyways, yes, I think it has potential to be quite good.

Step outside your little bubble and read a little around the internet. 
The "hype" is actually pretty huge for Mafia 2. 
Especially from the fans of the first game. 

I like the graphics, it's sort of realistic and a good recreation of real life. I just am waiting on the reviews before I get too excited.

Gurrr I hate Mafia 2

I wouldn't say there's much active hate for the game, its just not as overhyped as a lot of games.

I haven't seen any hate for Mafia II, except for a few people being annoyed at the delays it has suffered - but that isn't really hating on the game. If anything, it shows love for the game because people are disappointed that they're not going to play it soon.

The hate is that some people say it looks like just another generic open-world crime game.

I heard the guys from the Bonus Round panel talking about upcoming Game of the year nominees, and they didn't even nippie Mafia 2, they mentioned every game that will be released the rest of the year except Mafia 2!!! that just made me thinking, sorry i posted this it's just me  overreacting 

I think Mafia will be a good choice for my favourite game of 2010. Well thats if it lives up to the first that is.

Just because millions of kids and some game websites arent jizzing all over it pre-release like they do with modern warfare and GeOW doesn't mean its underrated. it hasnt been rated yet!

Dwight Howard? In my Giant Bomb? Dunk on Lebron this season, okay? That will be a site to see.

There is no hate for the game. People are more concerned with other games. Beautiful explosions don't make a game good.

The hype is over 9000 and this looks more promising than Grand Theft Auto IV.

Mafia 1 had the best stories in a video game I've ever played.

All these other games are upcoming, but Mafia 2 is the most upcoming.

I haven't given Mafia II any attention. I never played the first so I had no real reason to. Will probably be picking up the demo to see what all the fuss is about.
