The waiting sucks alot, I want it NOW!

Armour customisation does sound kinda cool; those menus look a lot nicer as well. Some of the facial animations looked a bit odd in that video (like at 1.16), but I can live with that.
 
I have to say though, I was hugely distracted at 1:31 by that guy's awesome moustache.

I already knew it was going to be amazing, this is just ANOTHER layer on top of the delicious pie that is Mass Effect 2

Totally wasn't expecting armour customization; now I think I will like my Shepherd a lot more with that.

And here I was, happy to finish my back log of games before picking up ME2. Now I totally just want to buy it for armor customization.
 
I'm the type of person who spends forever in character customization before the game actually starts, and then quits the game after an hour to make a new and improved character.

I for once loved the space exploration. It was monotonous, but one hell of a experience, cruising in an unexplored planet, seeing the views.
 
I probably won't play it for some time, as i don't feel it will be a much different game from the first one, and i'm a bit tired of the same bioware stories.

awesome!! i saw some armor customization stuff in a screenshot a while back but wasnt sure if it was real.

I'm really starting to get impatient for ME2 now. REALLY Impatient. And this video doesn't help at all. Hopefully you can customize ALL of your teams equipment because thing I hated about the first game was the fact that it was so hard to have everyone look the same while having everyone fully upgraded or on the same page. I just hate not having everyone look uniformed.

I'm going for the opposite of Batman: All white with either red or gold as my secondary color.  No hiding in the shadows or stalking my targets.  I'm charging in (quite literally, as I'll be a Vanguard) and blasting everyone with my very loud shotgun.  I want people to know when Shepard enters the building.

whoo! it doesn't matter how many times i watch it, i love it every time! definitely excited to see how doing side missions and either going paragon or renegade will effect the outcome.

Garrus! I still have hopes of a Turien party member this time. They look so alien and totally badass at the same time.

You might be disappointed in that case. While no confirmation one way or the other, it appears each character has his/her own unique uniform, which may be unchangeable. I actually think this is a better solution (in ME1, you had everyone running around almost-but-not-quite matching, but now everyone has their own unique, character-appropriate getup), but to each their own. "
