Don't recall seeing a single one in Mass Effect 2. Is their disappearance something story related, or have I just missed/forgot seeing them?
/\ These things.
Mass Effect 2
Game » consists of 21 releases. Released Jan 26, 2010
After a violent death by an unknown force and a timely reanimation by the human supremacist organization Cerberus, Commander Shepard must assemble a new squad in the seedier side of the galaxy for a suicide mission in the second installment of the "Mass Effect" trilogy.
Where are the Elcor?
They are there, but I don't remember ever being able to talk to one. There is one working at the entrance of Afterlife in Omega.
You definitly just missed them. There's a very short quest involvoving an elcor merchant that you have to sway in conversation

Sucks that they're not as prominent in ME2 as they were in the first game. One of my favourite races in the Mass Effect fiction.

I assure you they are not as prominent as you remember. I've been playing through the first game to brush up on the fiction/build new characters and there are only two that you talk to, one of which is involved in a quest. They are around, but not much... same goes with Hanar.
" What I was wondering was, are there any Hanar that have dialogue? I loved that they seemed very alien in ME1, but they seemed pretty absent in this game. There are a couple on the Citadel, but they're silent. "Pay attention to the ads on Illium. If you're a hanar fan, there's a hilarious treat for you.
