So, yesterday, I watched this video on youtube. It is, without doubt, the most impressive montage I have ever seen. Featuring clips mostly from MW2 (only a few are from Battlefield) this guy can really play this game properly, becuase, unlike most other montage videos, it isnt edited in a way to make the person look skilled. You can tell from watching the video that he is incredibly skilled. Watch the embedded video below and decide for yourself.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Game » consists of 22 releases. Released Nov 10, 2009
The sequel to 2007’s wildly successful first-person-shooter Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 continues the story of American and British soldiers fighting Russian ultra-nationalist forces.
Could this be the greatest MW2 Montage ever created?
Guys like this shouldn't even be allowed to play.
Yeah, you're a God, we get it, now kindly fuck off and let us actually enjoy the game.
What's worse is actually taking the time to make these montage videos, and people like you posting them so this guy can just get more attention.
Are you really gonna get mad at someone because he's good? I understand what you're saying (Playing with him would suck), but not a reason to tell him to fuck off.
what about it proves that he is really skilled?
the video is edited still, only showing kills he gets with an intervention or whatever the BFBC2 rifles are
he could be dying every time the video changes to another clip
Also holy crap this guy is awesome at sniping.
" Guys like this shouldn't even be allowed to play.Haha, that made me actually laugh out loud, thanks for that.

Being mad at someone for being good.
On Topic though:
No, it couldn't be the greatest MW2(AND BFBC2 YOU BLIND PERSON!) because the music sucks for a montage.
It should be like a montage with good montage music and not something someone came up with while taking a dump.
He is good with a sniper though, I'll give him that :D
The guy most likely has a marker in the middle of his monitor/tv, for the trickier shots he's bringing up his scope which snaps to the target.
I know what you mean. I had a match last night, probably the worst i've ever done. I managed to get 0 kills and 56 deaths. Maybe it was becuase I was playing against a clan. Yes, I think it was.
I'm sorry but when you're the human equivalent to an aimbot I just don't see the point in playing, you wouldn't be having fun unless you're just flatout sadistic, and even so no one you're playing with would have fun either.
It reminds me of this guy on another forum, he does commentary over his gameplay, gets about four to five times as many kills as the second place guy, and throughout the whole thing he sounds bored as hell, he gets killed at all and he goes batshit crazy over it.
That's what I think of whenever I see this stuff
As for the montage, its alright nothing great.
Closer to worst than greatest. Far too long, poor music choices and mediocre clips. The length wouldn't have bothered me if it wasn't the same kind of clip again and again. Don't play BF so can't say anything about those clips but the MW2 stuff really wasn't very impressive.
Check out Joehandsome if you want some good montages
That is one of the best montages I have seen in a long time considering the garbage MW2 montages I have seen.
Anyone getting those kind of results in Bad Company 2 deserves some respect.
Looks like he's a good player, Who uses nothing but the sniper rifle with No Scope Decals on his screen
That's also how he is so deadly with the grenades.
I don't call that skill, Although it is still better than using mods, Though not by alot.

That looks sweet, I would play like that.
Ok dude I havent seen those before, but they are amazing! I have never seen anything so amazing in terms of editing. That guy must have a lot of time on his hands!
I made a montage of my awesome noobtube kills. It's got a linkin park song and everything, but you don't see me bragging.
omg dude that is brilliant. such a noob tool, tho. and i know the guy who made the video, he certainly does not use one of those
" Looks like he's a good player, Who uses nothing but the sniper rifle with No Scope Decals on his screenSomeone posts a video on Youtube: "fake"

Someone displays a high level of skill in gaming: "hax"
You remind me of when I used to play counter-strike lol. Some people are just very good and we need to learn to live with it.
" @End_Boss said:Yeah he has, With THESE" Montages should never be over five minutes. That being said, dude's a great sniper and has obviously pin pointed the blindfire zone on that Intervention. "

Hmm.. I'm going to go ahead and ask how that will help? I didn't use anything to mark the middle of the screen as it doesn't help. I'm not sure why people think it does. The bullet doesn't always go straight, but you can watch the gun swing around in a circle and if you time it right, and use the right techniques then the bullet should go where you want it too. This is a Sniper montage, hence why nearly all the kills are with a sniper, as my favourite gun is the sniper. I will at somepoint make a montage of all the multikills, 51 killstreaks etc, but this is my first montage so I wanted to do something I enjoyed, then put it on the internet to see if anyone else enjoyed it too. (As the bullet doesn't always go to the middle what would be the point of marking it on)
I'm not a fan of montages. They always seem to be created by people who strive to become "teh gr3ate$t Ev@R" and in doing so become so stuck up their own arse that they're unable to breathe.
" Firing randomly and killing someone isn't skill, it's luck. "Exactly and doing certain tricks that they come up with just increases that luck.
As for the montage itself, it could of been entertaining but it was over edited with unnecessary bullshit and the music was a terrible choice but at least the footage was decent at least.
bad music? Just because it's not dubstep / dnb crap like every other montage... I a not one for following trends so didn't want it to be the same. As for over edited, theres hardly any editing!
" Firing randomly and killing someone isn't skill, it's luck. And montages are stupid. "I agree.
Chances are he did massive amounts of recording and showed only when he got real lucky. There is also very little to prove this is not some mod or something else like that.
well, actually, this video, with its 5 seconds edits, is indeed edited in a way as to make the player look skilled. I can't tell that this guy is genuinely skilled. show me a complete, unedited 5-10 minute game where this guy is consistently doing this good, and it'll have a lot more validity in my eyes.
I thought the montage was alright. The gameplay is very impressive, but at the same time, with a montage you can never tell if it is actually skill or hours of recording. I enjoyed the Bad Company 2 footage more, albeit a lot of it was simply shooting helicopters, which is somewhat hit and miss. The Intervention no-scoping got boring extremely quickly. It's not new and it's definitely not exciting anymore. It might have been cool at a stage in time, but it's just outdated now. There is nothing special about pulling the trigger and hoping. Sometimes it hits; sometimes it kills, and sometimes it simply misses. All about luck and Steady Aim. Now, if he was using a truly unique weapon such as the Desert Eagle and he got some win footage I would be loving this montage.
Odd Things
Now, forgive me if this is not accurate. I took two images from the first minute or two of actual gameplay and both of them make me question the legitimacy of this montage. Look at the image at the top. It is Modern Warfare 2 on Highrise, correct? Now, what I don't understand is the fact that there is no XP bar along the bottom. This little golden colored bar appears in all Core and Third Person game modes. However, it does not appear in a Private Match. Due to the fact the HUD is visible this is a Core match and there is no XP bar. Therefore there is no other way to look at this shot, at least, as a hoax. Odds are, that this shot was planned out. They arranged themselves so it would look good for the camera.
As for the second still, this is Bad Company 2, as you know. Now, if you watch this scene it pops up with text reading "Double Kill". What I fail to understand is why he cuts the footage off after it pops up "Killed an enemy - +50". Surely he should have left the other few seconds at the end to confirm that he actually gets the kills? Unfortunately due to the fact BC2 does not show your kills in the upper left, in its 'Killfeed', there is no way to confirm that this is a collateral.
I also noticed a few other moments like this that make me wonder. For example, there is a spinning shot on Rust. Again, there is no XP bar, and there is a HUD which rules out Hardcore mode. There are also a few moments where you can tell he has simply been firing into the one spot repeatedly. This is due to the fact that there are bulletholes in the wall, suggesting he kept firing in the one spot in the hope of either:
- Getting a kill
- Finding a friend who happens to be standing behind the wall
Regardless of this fact, this montage is watchable. There are some nice moments but you do have to wonder if these moments are legitimate or not. But if there was one thing I would recommend about this montage, it is the soundtrack. Rise Against alone make it good enough to watch through.
