Mumbo Muntain is the first of the nine levels in Banjo-Kazooie and arguably the easiest with most jiggies, musical notes and other collectibles being out in the open and easy to find. In this world Bottles will teach the player three new moves, Talon Trot, Beak Buster, and Egg Firing. Mumbo Jumbo appears for the first time in this level and transforms Banjo and Kazooie into a termite allowing them entry to the termite mound in the center of the level. Conga the ape also appears for the first time as a boss guarding a orange tree; he appears again in Banjo-Tooie in the level Witchyworld as the ringmaster of the Big Top. Interestingly the music that plays while in the termite mound was the original music for the level in beta, but it was changed during the development of the game.
