Hey guys a week and a half ago I was involved in a serious car accident and both of my legs were broken (it wasn't my fault either...). I can't hook my 360 up here in the hospital and the internet connection has games blocked -.- I do have my DS though, but the only game I have for it is Advance Wars (which is a pretty damn good series imo).

I'm going to be stuck here for quite a while and I need some good long time consuming games that I can play. RPGs, Adventure, Puzzle...I'm up for just about anything, but I don't really follow Nintendo much. I need to know whats good.

anyway, if Blue Dragon is any indication of it's quality, get Blue Dragon Plus for the DS.  I haven't played it, but the console version rocked imo.
Also, the obvious one: Pokemon, and then I dont know much more. I dont actually have a ds, just going by games i know from other consoles.

Pokemon games are always good time killers, and what about that new Sonic RPG?

You can't go wrong with Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, Mario Kart, or New Super Mario Bros. Those are probably my three favorite DS games, and each of them consumed a great deal of time (especially Zelda).

If you have any chance to get your hands on Anno 1701 DS, do so.

You could easily play Pokemon D/P for your entire stay. So that would be my suggestion.

I don't have a DS, but I know there are bound to be Harvest Moon games for it.. They're oddly addictive.

Silent Hill 2 is also a great game to play in a hospital. :D

Elite Beat Agents is a lot of fun and it's something that can be played for 5-10 minutes or for 5-10 hours, and has a lot of replay value.  It's fun if you like rhythm games like Guitar Hero and what not.

Get the Geometry Wars game, trust me, you won't want to leave the hospital until you beat your friends high scores.

The World Ends With You, Front Mission, Contra 4, Professor Layton, FFTA2, Disgaea DS, and that new Castlevania coming out next week would all be good choices.
