Chapter 6 was my favorite. I really liked the whole train ride thing. That was a really cool chapter. Also the wrestling and pirate ones were pretty cool.

I loved the Glitz Pit and the Express the most.

I really enjoyed Chapter 4.  The creepy boss creeped me out.  But all the backtracking killed the overall experience for me.

The script was so awesome, I agree with the last poster. I also really liked the Glitz Pit and Express. The Puny was the worst part though.

The boss theme to that place was also pretty chill.

It was kinda sad how the computer died.

"lol he somehow "REGAINS" Concoiusness after you beat the Shadow Queen... its so wierd how he "regained" any Conciousness afterwards... sounded stupid to me though...

Man, I had some good memories with this game! Easily my favorite Mario game so far, as it had much more of a legitimate story, not just your average "Save-the-helpless-biatch-from-the-bad-dude" scenario. You got to play as the villains, and Peach even took part in the action! Mario's likability coupled with the great writing made this game a winner. 
 
As for my favorite chapter, it was by far chapter 4 in Twilight Town. The fact that I thought my game had frozen up after I beat the ghost dude the first time, how Vivian joined your party after that semi-touchy moment, how you had to figure out the ghost dude's name, and how confused everyone was when you beat him the second time. With the sweet setting, memorable moments, and funny ending, it was easily my favorite part.
