The guy's on the bombcast kept talking about searching for funny dubstep so I made a web app based around that - dbstp.it

Any comments / criticisms are appreciated.

Also, if you add your query string to the end of the url like this http://dbstp.it/?s=pizza it auto-opens to the video when you go to the site, its pretty funny to do to unsuspecting people.

Funny, I just picked this up. Seems really fun so far, I dig the voice acting, everyone sounds like Jude Law.

Lucien Lachance, no one could creep out someone sleeping better than that guy did.

*Edit - whoops, only in Skyrim.. well he has a drink named after him in Skyrim.

I'm sure eventually someone will make a PDF of all the books in the game. Someone did it for Oblivion, then made an actual physical book out of it.

Also, it's pretty ironic that something that is meant to increase the player's immersion actually takes you out of it.

@TaliciaDragonsong: I actually had a sort of similar experience. After I had killed the werewolf and got the armor, I went back around to the exit and there was the werewolf that I had just killed standing by the first group of bodies. I went up to him and had the option to talk but he didn't say anything. I figured I broke something and loaded up my game right after I killed the werewolf the first time. I went back around to the exit again and he wasn't there. Buggy quest.

But my favorite addition is a bookshelf that you can store items in like a chest, then they all appear neatly on the bookshelf like normal in-game libraries.

This, Dynamically populating bookshelves totally blew my mind. I've begun hoarding books I find like mad in anticipation of my future library.

The two novels that were supposed to bridge Oblivion and Skyrim were basically insane fantasy sci-fi so I'm pretty interested in seeing if there is any continuity in that. I thought they were both great, but man, some of that stuff was out there, very Morrowind-ish.

1. What browser are you using?

Chrome 15.0.874.106, Firefox 7.01

2. What Operating System are you using?

OSX 10.6.8 Snow Leopard

3. What is the exact link to the page you are having a problem with?

http://www.giantbomb.com

4. Details, details, details. Explain it in detail.

In Chrome and FF (didn't check any other browsers) there is a layering issue with the community quest box.

When you click one of the quests the lightbox that pops up is under the li's for the quests (see first pic below).

Setting the z-index to 1 for the lightbox's container '.editor-popup.quest-tracker' seemed to do the trick (see second pic below)
