Beats of 2015 - Clearing out that backlog + new games!
Starting a list to see what all I beat for 2015 and my thoughts as I'm curious to see what it will look like at the end of the year!

I count Challenge Mode as a "beat" for this list. Still going to play some versus with friends. Fun game.

Made it to the end and beat the last fight on my first try. Was kind of surprised but will definitely play some more.

Started out fun enough, but near the end of "World 2" it started just feeling like a slog and the final half of "World 5" was just frustrating. Really wanted to like this more.

Great adventure game. Episode 4 kind of dragged a bit until the end, but since I'm playing post-release, it didn't get me down too much.

A great adaptation of Hitman to mobile devices. Fun strategy/puzzle game.

It's a bullet hell shooter, really. Fun from time to time, but I really have to be in the mood for it.

Good dungeon crawler, however I feel it lacks the class depth of Etrian Odyssey.

One of my favorite Tales games since Vesperia. Had fun throughout it and liked the characters in it.

Much more polished Dead Island and much more fun throughout. I enjoyed the 30 hours I spent with the campaign and sidequests.

While fun enough, was very disappointed that it was really just a glorified add-on with no actual missions - only side activities.
