I definitely do not look forward to getting mine pulled. In the x-ray, you can see them on their side in my jaw. They aren't doing anything yet, and hopefully they stay there like they are right now. Most likely a dentist will recommend the surgery, I'll take a few days off from school, and play lots of video games. I wouldn't mind it at all if I was put under. I want them to drug me like I was Barry Bonds after a healthy speedball binge...okay a little extreme but I basically want to have the same experience you did.
I never want another live novocaine procedure. I had a tooth pulled once and that shit sucked because I could still feel it. Bleh.
Considering I have an active dislike of anything alcohol, vomit would probably be the case. Although, I think if i was gonna do it, it would be all the way. I'm talking about bottom shelf gin...left out in the sun too long...what the hell am I talking about?
For a time, I had a few hundred points and said to myself I'll do a few big edits and finally get past 1000 points. One big edit of STALKER later, I got past 1000 to my surprise. It was such a shock that I lost the motivation to do an edit since. I'm not a dude who cares about little tidbits and grammar mistakes. I'm a big/whole page edit guy and I usually don't have it in me to do something like that.
I still can't comprehend why people concern themselves with company philosophy and the relative position of a console in the first place. Are you planning to make economic, sociological, or otherwise academic conclusions by making references to the Wii for example? No? Then what does it matter? How does the way Sony think or believe matter? Look at the product itself, look at the games themselves, look at your situation and make a judgment of whether or not it's worthwhile. All you can say as a consumer is get yourself in the right position, say you were able to get yours. The power of discretion (ie voting with your dollar) is IMMENSE and that's what's important here.
At this point, people are making arbitrary points about something that is all around a universal improvement. Sony made it smaller, more efficient, and cheaper. The excuses are getting smaller and smaller and the it's slowly becoming a game of trying to please fans that can never be pleased. Fuck those fans, get behind the reasonable ones who bought the console (or will soon) because they thought it was a reasonably good idea to do so.
I really couldn't care less about negative comments this time, I'm sick and tired of people thinking there is some magic relationship that exists between consumers and producers. There's nothing wrong with refusing someone your money.
Yeah, It's very much considered an outdoorsman type channel and a lot of times occupied with hobbies as well as sports. At least that's what I've experienced.
It very much is the sweetspot. That is a very reasonable price for any console and is a legitimately competitive one. Considering you also get a Blu-Ray player, it's a pretty good deal.
The issue I have and the reason I was reluctant to buy any console this generation (and why I'm primarily a PC gamer) is the cost of games these days. $60 for new games? Eff that jazz. The PC is the only place where a consumer can get variable pricing on games. Hell I've gotten hundreds of hours of entertainment out of number of games I can get for a full priced game these days. Sure let's say I get a $299 PS3, but I could end up paying double that in games alone. Now this does come from a kid without disposable income as of yet.
And I'm REALLY jonesin' for a PS3 because of the exclusives it has and not just PS3 exclusives but games I can't get on the PC. It's a shame that when you've committed to a platform, financially you gotta stay that way sometimes because I already payed near a grand for a machine that is very much a capable gaming machine. Oh well. I guess I'll wait 'till next year.
