I honestly wasn't sure where this one wound rank on this list. It's an RPG wherein you need to film your own sentai/power rangers style television show. The humour is refreshing, and kept me hooked. I threw a couple bucks at it during a steam sale, and didn't expect much from it. What I got was a game designed to fit solely into my niche wheelhouse.

A rhythm game spun off of my favourite game of all time, I'm surprised with how long this kept me engaged. This was one of the few things that kept my Vita relevant this year, and did so for a good number of hours. I loved the time I spent with this, and each song brought me back to firing up my PS2 way back in 2008, jumping into the television world and catching a murderer with the rest of my mystery investigation team.

An update to my favourite game of 2014, it's no surprise that this has made my top 10. The sheer number of hours put into 2025 still hasn't stopped me from doing the exact same here. I find myself coming back to the grind almost daily, hoping that those little green boxes will finally unveil a new weapon or toy to eradicate the ravagers. The new weapons are a welcome addition, as well as the giant Kaiju/Sentai style fighting robot.
