If by democratically elected individual you mean a Cabinet of politicians assembled by the leader of one of the three parties who has been appointed by the Queen, sure. Though technically you would be voting for your local PM who has been chosen by his party, I guess?
If by democratically elected you mean a party that Scotland didn't vote for and a referendum we didn't want forcing us out of the EU against our will.
You had a vote to stay or leave the UK, you voted to stay, all that comes with that is the result. Doesnt matter if Scotland voted not to leave the EU as Scotland's vote is not a separate entity from the UK of which you voted to stay in.
@carryboy: If you don't think that all political parties consider the education level & class of their audience (as well as age) and tailor their message accordingly, that's pretty naive.
Sick to death of highly educated, well off individuals spouting rubbish about how the working class has been tricked and thinking they speak for the working class. Im looking at you games journalists (except Colin Moriarty hes the best.)
