" That video was stupid... waste of my time. I hope it dies the death it deserves. "
Not far from how I feel... "
Agreed. "
Err... brain... overloading... Want to... agree... but... is a... Cowboys fan... Must... remind of... important... 44-6 loss... last year... "
No worries, I'm a Panthers fan... Cowboys going down... Sept. 28 @ Dallas in their new stadium no less. Carolina Panthers prevail. Oh yeah, Eagles, first game this season at our home... done. Panthers rule. See you. "
Let me start off by saying that I know the dangers of a credit card, and how if I mess up, I could ruin the rest of my life. But, I'm 16 and a senior in high school, and am leaving for college when I'm 17. I want to build up some credit score, and I figured buying books and dorm decorations with a credit card is a pretty decent start.
I know you usually have to be 18 to get your own credit card, but I'm wondering if there's any way for me to get one? I figure having 10-11 months of practice with parents around before being thrown out in the real world would be ideal to get into good spending habits (although I already am pretty good at saving up; I've bought everything I own except my car with my own money [and that was still ½]), and I also know a good credit score is something that helps a lot throughout life.
Is there a way my parents can add me to their credit account or something? Is it even allowed? Is it something that is allowed but they have to decide on? Again, I know the dangers involved with my idea, but I have a job (only one in my house with one, in fact) and I have common sense. Two key elements to succeed in life. Thanks for any advice.
