i want to add my 2 cents but ill argree with everyone and say why didn't they just put another fucking analogue stick on the damn thing. move the start/select buttons up and have another stick. Sony knows how to make money but it feels like they are once again shooting themselves in the foot
I was thinking of gettign a PS2 again so I could play i, but I would definitely love to get ... [more]
Ha! My PS3 isn't backwards compatible and I'm borrowing a PS2 just to play it, well that and Persona 3 FES.
Got a general question, since I just bought Persona 4, should I stop watching the endurance run? I love it to bits but I don't wanna ruin it all. That said I'm gonna play Persona 3 first so I might have forgotten...maybe.
Movie licensed games Faux Russian accents Fictional middle eastern countries- I know you can't go and slap your game in Iraq (unless you're Six Days in Faulljah (sp?)) and I know games are supposed to be detached from real life, fun, exciting compelling fantasy but when a game is set it CaptainKirkistan or where ever, I can't help but sit back and think, wow I'm playing a game here, thats totally not real. I want to be imersed.
Oh driving games (cause I suck at them) and football (soccer) games cause...well I suck at them.
The big issue is that the game is asking you to say them.
True. Upon reflection it doesn't limit the catalogue of songs but I feel alienated suddenly having a gap in a song that would normally have had a swear word/'mild' word in. I guess I'd prefer an all over nothing situation. Allow swearing or don't include songs that have been edited to a degree that is just feels slightly strange singing to Papa Roach and hearing those gaps.
That said (my final point) I heard a radio edit of a Limp Bizkit song (can't remember which one) and instead of muting swear words they were replaced with a million and one funny sound effects which had me laughing to the point of tears...so I would welcome that. Perhaps some of the effects used in the infamous "Gaming for me is like a religion" Hotspot.
