I use an air popper without oil and serve it with just salt and fake spray butter. It's a great snack you don't need to feel horrible about eating. 

I prefer live or rough versions of a lot of songs.  A lot of people I like have sessions on Daytrotters that really rock. Live versions of Andrew Birds songs are pretty impressive to listen to and just to watch.
