3-5 years? That is super generous. More like 2-3 years if you want games to feel better than what console offers. If you are fine with medium- low i could see 4-5 years.

Not really a big fan of Etrian Odyssey. I like some dungeon crawlers, but they need to have a good story to them. I found Etrian Odyssey lacking in that department and i don't like the gameplay on its own.

I'll likely just play on the easiest difficulty since i'm playing mostly for the storyline.

I don't think there is a demo for persona q, only for Etrian Odyssey games.

Well the game is considered pure fan fiction, but i can see why some fans are angry. They sort of remove the fact that character changed in Persona q and even dancing all night. Just so they could make some more money off your attachment.

I'm a big persona fan and its the only spin off game i have not played yet. My only problem is i'm not a big fan of the mapping in the Etrian Odyssey series. Would you say its worth getting for the fan service? I watched some videos and it seems like a really fun game story wise.

Quite true honestly. I feel with the amount we see before a game is even out now is enough to make a choice. Its quite easy for me to know what games will appeal to me off developers and previews alone.

What about SP games?

Dark Souls 3 is a jrpg depending on your definition. Its a game made in japan that is an rpg. If you think games like Kingdom hearts also don't count as a jrpg you might feel the same with dark souls.

Honestly it makes no sense that people will be angry at sony for making a new console. Some of us want a improved and more powerful console. If you don't want that don't buy it. Everyone gets what they want that way. Not everyone buys the new phone that comes and same applies with a new upgraded console. The games will still work.
