@Cincaid: You can parry most of his attacks. Once you get the timing down he is actually remarkably easy. Easy but satisfying, as you really feel like a bad-ass brushing aside the sword of this supposed great warrior and making him look like a right numpty.

Use the Hornet ring and a suitable weapon to up your critical hit damage and take him down even quicker if necessary.
