I had a projector that I got in 2007. Back when 1080p cost about $5000 so I got a 720p projector which even that cost about $1500 back then. I regretted it and sold it in 2009. Sure it was nice having a huge screen but I had to have several layers if thick courtains to keep the room dark enough and the lamp was only good for 2-3000 hours which if you game a lot is not much and it cost $300 bucks. ALso at 106 inches 720p was too low a resolution. That is not a problem these days when prices are lower but I still would rather get a big TV than deal with the pain of keeping the room dark again.

Maybe modern projectors don't need the room to be as dark. Keep in mind this was a decade ago.

I got Divinity Original Sin for about 10 bucks not sure if it is on sale in the US but that is a great game.

The part that says players that spend money will be matchmade to end up in matches where the item they spent money on is good is really scary. Soon we will have a gaming culture of premium players who spend money and other players who have a shitty experience.

I am not falling for it. I can always go back to my back catalogue not games from before they got like this.

Om avarage about 3 years but I've not upgraded for 5 years now since CPU power doesn't evolve like it used to.

I upgrade video cards more often though. I'd say every 2 years on avarage.

I don't know because I have no interest in playing it but sometimes something comes along that people get crazy about and it goes viral as everyone gets their friends to play.

I had it on PSP. Would like an HD remaster. The PS2 version is rare and I don't have a Wii.

I don't mind grinding since it makes me feel like I'm progressing and getting better. Unlike work where you grind and grind but you never get anywhere. There has to be more to the game than though. I wouldn't play a game I didn't like and grind.

Loot boxes are barely tolerable in f2p mobile games. They have no business in full price console games.
