I never thought I'd see this day. My sturdy, son of a bitch, Zune 80 has stopped working on me. I hold the power button, but nothing happens. I try to restart it, but nothing happens. I stick it in to recharge, but nothing happens. I plugged it in last night, thinking that the battery had died, but when I awoke the next morning, it still had the black screen. I've have dropped it quite a few times, but it had never froze on me or anything like that.

I hadn't dropped it recently or done anything different than I usually do with it. I had just gotten home, paused it on a song and left it on my bed knowing that it would automatically turn itself off. Some hours later, when I checked it, it wouldn't turn on. I had to go most of today without music. I never want to do that again...*shudder* But man, I didn't even think it was possible for a Zune to break physically.

Has anybody else had troubles with their Zunes? And does anybody know if I can send this to Microsoft and they could patch up whatever is wrong with it (fee or not)?

Yeah, so I've recently made a Twitter account and have been playing around with it a bit. Now that I have one I guess I am ahead-of-the-curve-super-advanced-in-with-the-cool-group guy. But now I need some buddies to stalk-I mean follow. I plan to use this thing for entertainment and to entertain so I'll try to update things quickly and have a lot of fun with it.

Whoo Daddy am I pissed right now. This Christmas I got Resistance 2 and I was pretty psyched to play it. Despite the backlash against it, I started playing the campaign first. You know, to get a feel for the weapons. By surprise, I actually enjoyed the campaign quite a bit.

 After taking a few days to finishing the single player, I was anxious to try out some co-op with some of my friends. The first thing to go wrong was with the party system. At 1 in the morning, me and my bud decide we want to try it out. I pull up my friends list, everything seems fine, pull up his name, everything seems fine, send him an invite to my party, ... I wait... and I wait. He tells me to send another. I send another. Still I wait in an empty party. Finally he texts me telling me that when he tries to join me party, nothing happens. I tell him "no shit." I tell my other friend to sign on and see if it works. He signs on, sends me a party invite, I try to except, nothing happens. I'm thinking "WTF?" He tells me he sent one to my previous friend and they were both in the same party waiting for me. Now I'm thinking "Dude WTF?" I keep trying to join my friends damn party, but no luck.

Finally my stuborness to joining a party ends and I decide that I can maybe host a co-op game and invite my friends to that. I go into the matchmaking screen, tweak everything to my liking, and BAM, a game starts up. Finally I think I'm getting through, but about 10 seconds in the game I disconnect. Now I'm thinking "OMG DUDE WTF WAS THAT!" I was getting pissed off at the fact that I couldn't do anything with my friends through this game, but to let me join a game and then disconnect me UGH... Next thing I do is try to join the competitive multiplyer matches. The games list comes up and I can see every game currently being played. When I try to join one my screen freezes for about 20 seconds and then displays the message "Establishing Connection Failed."

Never before have I had ANY issue with any other game before Resistance. I switch out disks to see if that game works. It works just fine. I test my internet connection through my PS3. It works just fine. I even opened my entire fucking firewall to see if that was blocking my connection to that certain server. Didn't work. Now I'm thinking "...Fuck you Insomniac."

I search the internet for similar problems and I actually find many threads about it. However none of the threads had any solution other than the idiotic "Well its works fors mes. Sucks fors yous lololo." So my last chance was in the love of my life, Giant Bomb. I created a thread here, but got almost no replies. The one helpful reply I did get however told me my problem may rely in my router. Never thought of it, but I do remember people talking about how getting a new router solved many problems.

I now have my decision to buy a new router. I have my eye on this one: Linksys WRT54g. And by the end of the day I am pissed. Pissed at Insomniac for setting up their servers to be blocked by my router. Pissed at Sony for allowing Insomniac to set up their server so it will be blocked by my router. Pissed at my D Link router for blocking so damn much. And pissed at myself for buying a whole new router just to play Resistance 2. All I know is that co-op better be damn good or I'm posting a video of myself taking a piss over everything I just listed above.

To calm myself, I just got a piece of pie and I'm going to open up my new copy of Persona 4 I also got for Christmas and try that out.

I bought more DLC this year than I thought I would ever buy (Which would be nothing). I spent roughly around $80 dollars. All of it went into full games though. None of this Add-on to the previous games bull shit. I can't stand the idea of paying $60 for a game and then seeing the developers release downloadable content right next to it during it's release date. That is just down right sleazy. It's as if saying "Oh we feel our game is the best game ever and you don't deserve to play it for the price that those average people sell their game for so we'll only give you the experience you are worthy with unless you give us more money" Seriously, if you are a developer or pubisher who tries to pull this, you have just lost all of your pride. $10 for some gun that I KNOW the developers could have put in the game, but decided not to to earn an extra buck? Fuck that. And to add on, it pisses me off to see that you need to buy this pack in order to acheive 100% Trophies or 1000/1000 Acheivments. I'm looking at you Bioshock and your damn Trophies...

Now for the things I did buy, it was mostly PSN titles. Stuff like Street Fighter 2 Turbo Remix Shit Load of Words, Warhawk, Bionic Commando Rearmed. And you know what? I don't regret any of it. They are all great and I feel the price is well worth the purchase. Good job on Sony with getting the pricing right with full games.

It's hard to believe that only one year ago Kanye West was in his "beef" with 50 Cent about who can sell more copies of their album. Loser would have to ditch the music business for good. In the end, Kanye won and 50 could never release another album again (Yay). But as no surprise, 50 Cent is schedule to release his album sometime this December (I think).

I would like to start this blog thanking everybody that commented on my last Favorite Songs blog. Yep, I give out my thanks to every none of you. But since I'm bored I figured I'd make a new one (That's right, you mothers can't keep me down!) Whatever though, enjoy.

This is my senior year of high school so you know what that means. SENIOR PROJECT! Now my dream of a single project being worth 80% of my grade has come true. For a while I was trying to figure out what I could possible do my project on. My first idea was focusing on what makes something popular in mainstream culture (i.e. Music, TV Shows, etc.) but I found out that this was a stupid idea. So then I changed my topic to what it takes to make a movie (Since I want to have a career in movie makings) but I was told I have to have a mentor in which I talk to someone who works in the business in whatever my topic is...I know nobody in the movie business. So I have to change my topic again, but I need to make it on something I can enjoy in researching, but something I have a connection to. Then it came to me, my brother. My bro is an audio director for a game development team and he said he could get me some sweet connections to his peers. I think "Dope, I can do a major project on something I love, games" So now my final topic revolves around games with the question "Why is the process of developing a video game so long?" (We have to incorporate a "Why" question)

So after a couple of weeks of being nagged to do so, I've finished my Senior Project Poster this night in about one hour. Tell me what you think.

I thought of a new regular thing I can do here in my blogs since I hardly do anything other post in forums now-a-days. I will post the name of the song, artist and album then I will post the video(s) and you can listen to them and learn a little bit about what kind of stuff I like (It's going to a lot of rap, so brace yourself)
