As a fan of pro wrestling, I totally understand where this article is coming from. It makes me feel guilty for a number of reasons. For one, it often feels like I'm wasting my time when I'm watching it. That kind of goes with any hobby when I should probably be doing work, but it's worse with wrestling for some reason. Their (WWE's) treatment of its female performers - while improving - is still poor. They have a terrible history of early deaths and drug abuse in the industry. Yet despite all of this, I come back for the colourful characters, the dumb stories, and the legitimately awesome feats of strength and athleticism. When it's at its best it enters the realm of brutal performance art, and the fact that it is broadcast and viewed around the world as part of a multi-billion dollar industry is kind of insane.
Hell yes! Some of my favourite things that GB doesn't do much of are the "interview dumptruck" style podcasts with outsiders and industry folk. Capturing more of those perspectives as longform written content is a great idea!
@brad Do you think it plays better (specifically the puzzle-solving interface) with a keyboard and mouse or a controller? Tossing up between the PS4 and PC version for this reason. Cheers for the great review!
