@Chaddicus: I really enjoy the objective, team-based multiplayer. Never really got into any of the previous BF games, but I see a lot of positives overall with the multiplayer.
However, a couple things I've noticed. And yes, some of this is because i'm a noob and just not very good yet:
Recon tends to snipe from the edges of the map. Vast majority of my deaths comes from these fuckers.
It's definitely going to take a long time to level up, but I actually kind of like the fact that it won't take me just a few hours to unlock everything. Finally unlocked some new Medic guns today and was genuinely excited when they popped up on my screen.
Really the problem I have with dying is that I don't draw my gun as fast as the other guy, or I just flat out miss him entirely. Still, I hate camping and would rather just run from gunshot to gunshot.
Just got a FAMAS last night and coupled with Steady Aim I hope to win more of those duels.
Obviously the PC version looks better and probably controls better, but what about community (finding games, hacking, etc.)? Which version is optimal at this point?
