I loved it. The Shadow Broker looked pretty awesome I thought. I always pictured him as this thin, charismatic type guy. I was happy that he didn't turn out to be generic.
Also. The whole environment/background while you're on top of his ship is hands down my most memorable sight in gaming for 2010. It looked incredible.
My only worry is that Biowares DLC track record has been less than stellar. Granted they've started to pick it up in the Mass Effect area with LotSB, but when it comes to continually supporting a game with engaging content, they've mostly been mediocre, which is why I fear for the well being of this MMO.
Which is easier? Driving 100 km/h when you're already doing 100 km/h, or driving 100km/hour when you start at 25km/h.
For diamond and lower, sure, apm doesnt really have any effect on the game. But at the highest levels of competition, it makes a world of difference. Try reaper rushing if you have low APM and see if you can effectively harrass and build your base perfectly to your build order. You can't. Basically, unless the game lasts less than 5 minutes, the early game spam has nearly no effect on your games average APM.
Yeah... 90% of you are the idiots. Reading the article it's plainly obvious that he's not saying that every game needs a physical multilayer mode like death match. Rather some form of connectivity whether that's dlc, leaderboards, comparing your progress/stats to a friend, anything.
Please learn to read and comprehend before turning into ravenous dogs.
If companies just made good games, we wouldn't need all this pre-order garbage. I don't particularly mind pre-order bonuses. But I do mind specific retailer bonuses. Worse comes to worst I'll just get the normal version on steam, and download the 20 meg file with all the DLC.
