We? You part of the team? I think I bought the first one on 3 different platforms because I liked it so much... to a point. Then it gets too hard and I quit ?
@shiftygism: sure... I got a S+ rank by speed running following a YouTube vid. So I know the tricks to avoid most enemies. Like the dogs barely can touch you. But the Ghost Survivors mode is different in that you are pushed through tiny hallways with 5-6 enemies that you must engage with. Add to that fact that they add tougher enemies like the pale heads that require you to use the heavy ammo that's very limited and takes far too long to swap to from the normal ammo. The mechanics of the game are just not well suited for having fun in that kind of gameplay. Far more enjoyable in the main game where you have time to think.
That's mainly what my prob is. It's just not fun. I wish it was paced like the main game but oh well I'll prob play thru the main campaign again at some point.
Really hate the 4th Survivor and Ghost Survivors. Let's turn this slow-ish paced horror puzzle/shooter into an action game. Quit the "easiest" 2 star Ghost Survivor out of frustration.
When I first start up the game and I can't hit the button to "Sign In"? I have to quit out and restart to make it work every time.
As for the tweet above about downed enemies being hard to kill. Not to sound like an a-hole..but you literally missed 3 of those shots and only hit him once. 1-2 shotgun blasts to a downed person takes them out unless they have a knockdown shield of course.
Game is a lot of fun. Feels great to play just like Titanfall. Probably the most fun BR game I've played. Love sliding down hills.
Hope they add wall running although most of the areas are pretty big and open. And I hope they support it for a long time to come with adding things. I'll keep playing and probably drop money in if they do.
Just got my first S+ rank by following a youtube speed run. First time I attempted one of these in RE; never felt like torturing myself trying to do it but it was surprising easy. 1 hour total time with zero saves on standard. I opened the item box once which I didn't need to do... but I did since the guy in the video did it. Shame, would of got the achievement for not opening up the item box as well.
It's kind of amazing how many enemies you can just run past and ignore. I was baffled at how I would get through certain areas without having half of the weapons (he only picked up the grenade launcher in the run I copied).
Only reason I did this was to get the unlimited ammo pistol, though. Now I can just have fun spamming headshots on zombies!
Quite enjoyed my first playthrough. Only one part did I feel that the game's controls were hindering me... a particular boss on a small platform. Ended up at the final boss with far too much ammo and health items so breezed through that. Time to beat B playthrough and do it again on hard!
