" So all i need is a new graphics card? No RAMs or anything?  I'm PC retarded :( please help "
you need mad ramz "
I got 8 gigs of ram on the main desktop, and the last Protoss mission slowed down to no end. Â O_OÂ Â Sooo many units.... "
RAM wouldn't be responsible for that. Most games use about 4 GB of RAM these days at maximum, usually software such as Maya take advantage of 6+ Gb of RAM. It would be the either the GPU or CPU responsible for that slowdown, although that mission had a huge number of units so I'm sure many people got alittle lag during that part of the mission (including myself). Or a noticable framerate drop to the very least. Â and OP, do you know if your motherboard would even support holding any other kind of GPU? Some manufactured computers are pretty much impossible to upgrade due to limited MOBOs.
Can someone give me a replay of how to do this. I know its a really nooby question but a friend of mine is unable to do it and he decided to go back to playing zerg because of it which he's even worst at (haha).
If this is not already posted into the Official SC2 forums, I suggest you post it there so Blizz knows about this. And like mentioned above, essentially every popular game will get some bullshit like this happening.
