Each race is good for a certain playstyle. I find that the Terrans are the most forgiving faction to play as due to the vast amount of ways they can turtle (bunkers, siege tanks in siege mode, missile turrets, medivacs help heal dudes while in battle, SCVs can repair vehicles/buildings while getting attack, etc.). This also makes them seem OP, which is true in my opinion but that may be because I'm not good at breaking a turtler's defence- instead I just stop them from expanding and win that way). Zerg and Protoss seem pretty balanced although I think zerg players really need to expand alot to have the upperhand.
Ofcourse I'm just giving an example.
