I didn't mean to offend you. I was trying to make a point. I'm proud of the work I had to do to get to where I am. I put in a lot of hard work and was trying to push the 'anti-lazy' thing.

Well, I'm man enough to admit when I made a bad thread and I'm clearly wrong as so many people don't agree with where I was coming from with this whole thing. It's ok everyone, didn't mean to offend Maher or anyone else.

And all I know is that Bill Maher is an unbelievable douche who isn't that funny. Criticisms are fine, when valid. Jokes are fine, when they're funny. I don't care about what Bill said, I'm just tired of the "It's okay, he's a comedian" crowd justifying his stupid joke because it's an attempt at comedy. Louis CK can get away with making unbelievably racist, sexist and homophobic shit sometimes, for the basic reason that he's a good comedian, whereas Bill Maher is not. Simple as that. And it isn't even really taking a joke. In that video he said a lot of things and I wouldn't quantify any of them 'jokes' and I'm not just saying this because I think he's unfunny. What's the joke? Are insults really comedy?
Anyway, this thread has gone incredibly off-topic. Would anyone want a person who doesn't understand, and even looks down upon or condescending toward, gamers to represent them in legal matters that concern video games?
