@Spikester: lol? You tell Crystal to deal with it, but you can't handle me simply stating that I didn't like Halo 3 with out listing a million fucking reasons why you're right and I'm wrong? cool story bro.
@Spikester: Theater mode and enhanced custom games+ file sharing was really cool, but everything else just felt like Halo 2 in HD. Also, cmon man, helmet-like visor view? That's a feature to you? Also, new maps and game modes are not features, they're standards. Also, why are you stating this like a fact? There isn't some mathematical equation to whether a game dissapoints you or not.
I loved the Zealot cutscene in the first mission, basically all of Tip of the Spear, the zero-g firefight when you board the corvette in Long Night of Solace, and Buck's cameo in New Alexandria was epic, because I loved ODST, but most of all was the scene right before the credits where Keyes is talking to Cortana. That was such a beautiful and bittersweet way to end Bungie's run of the series.
I kinda fell in love with Rumble Pit because I'm in to Infection and Race and other party gametypes, but ti would be a good idea to make a FFA Slayer playlist for people that like that sort of thing.
Hey guys, I just bought ME2 used at a local blockbuster for 9.99(hells yeah), and I really want to beat ME1 first and use a import character before I start up ME2, but ME1 is kind of a drag. Combat isn't much fun, being a total prick is great(I can't do anything different in a game that gives me moral choices), but the game just isn't very enjoyable, and I know ME2 will be much better. One of the things that drew me to this series is the concept of bringing one character through a trilogy of games, on your own path made by the choices you make, and I really want to start with ME1 for the purpose of fulfilling that concept(and for that achievement), but I'm getting too anxious. Thoughts?
