HD tv tuner. That is if they don't have an hd tuner box or whatnot.
So, just by judging from the pics, graphically it looks like oblivion without any green and longer view distance. Granted its the 360 version but I cannot see that much difference. (which is actually kinda good, might run well on my aging beast)
The character design level looks very similar to Oblivion as well, not bad, just an observation.
The choose your skills part actually is kinda looks like a throw back to the first two games. (prettier though)
Thankfully no super close up of a persons face when you talking to them. (i hated that about oblivion)
Wow, I think I mentioned oblivion more than fallout in this post. I guess this game really just might be oblivion with guns and a fun target system.
Hmm, I have not tried this yet, but do you have an old vcr lying around somewhere. If your monitor has composite (yellow cable) hook ups then you can run the RF cable into your vcr and then the RCA into the monitor. Can't see why that wouldn't work. The image might be streched to all hell though. Idk, my dell 2007wfp has aspect scaling so maybe your samsung does too?
Do you have a monitor/speaker that you can reuse. What about a hardrive or dvd drive? (save some money) Looked at the site and cpu,mobo, ram all looking good.
For the price of that gpu you could almost have a 4870, which is faster.
