There are so many things that have changed me and the world in the last 10 years. There's really no way to make a good, comprehensive list of things that I'll remember the most. These are just what come to mind right now.
They sell bottles of "real" Coke in the ethnic isle at my local grocery store. I've tried it but I really don't taste much of a difference between it and U.S. Coke.
Working 50 plus hours a week and still not having enough money to get anything I want. Sure, it's nice having everything you need all payed off but I need a reward every now and then. :)
I quite smoking a few years ago. Unfortunately I replaced cigarettes with another bad habit: soda. I've gained so much weight since quitting it's ridiculous.
Good luck to you man. Just try to replace them with a more healthy habit. Try going for a walk around the block whenever you have a craving. When at work, don't take breaks with the smokers even if that's what you're used to doing.
I wouldn't bother with any gums or patches or any of that shit. Just more crap to waste money on. Cold-turkey is the way I quite, it's tough the first few days but worth it.
