I'm sure lots of people are pissed when they get ranged by the glocks. I tried them, but they just sounded so terrible and got annoying fast. When I unlocked the desert eagle again, I spent quite a lot of time getting used to it, and I'd say it's akimbo (if used properly) can easily outrange the glocks. The more you get used to it, the more ridiculous shots you pull off. But what most people do wrong with the deagle is the way the spit it's ammo. Two hits is always a kill in the chest. People often spray it like crazy. Also, after you unlock the akimbo, there's no reason to use anything else. It's iron sights are terrible and you're pretty much better off never changing from dual wield.

So, anyone else weird like me who prefers this? :p

I've had only one all-nighter. Watching anime, listening to music and chatting with friends. Twas a Friday night, of course.

Quite strange. Just last night I was having the same thing. Not the first time, of course. Go to bed at 21:30 or so but I didn't fall asleep until 4:00 am. Ugh.

Fortunately, this happens rarely. Like once in 4 days, but it happens. People blame videogames, since I tend to play all the way till it's time to sleep. Coffee doesn't have any effect, since I've slept normally in days that I've drank it. I think it's mostly because of leftover energy that should have been used up during the day. That, or problems with ones nerves, which seems like the OP's problem.

" @JoyfullOFrockets: A Nuke a day? Wow man thats fairly impressive. Tell me, how do you get your nukes? I have only got 3 so far and i camped like a little bitch and prayed to god that my harrier and chopper gunner can rack up enough kills.  What perks and kill-streaks do you use personally? Tell me your secret! :D  Yeah i felt kind of guilty for my first one. It was quarry, and i got 7 kills quite quickly! I then used the old harrier to rack up enough for a chopper gunner, and then changed my class with One Man Army to another class with OMA and Danger Close. It worked quite well.  However i felt really bad as the guys i were playing against had been so nice to me all day until i was on the opposite team. I then let them kill me a few times and then when my team got to 7000 points or so i used the nuke. "

The stuff i use is different on every map. Most of all useful is your instinct to hide like a coward. This ain't funny, it's your only saving grace. But I've had nukes with all common perks, and relying on silenced weapons is a must.

Many people just get off at nukes. I personally need one every day. It got me kinda guilty, since we're all basically camping like schoolgirls to get them.  That's why I've decided to let the opposite team kill me until the round is nearing the end by which time the mushroom cloud ensues. Just randomly finding people, standing in front of them hoping they kill you. Sort of a payback, or something. I don't care about my K/D so that's why I'm cool with it.

Anyone else find sense in this?

Okay,  2 weeks and 6 days later third prestige 66, I'm at 20 nukes. I'm still not bored with it. What the fuck. This shit really does have drugs in it.
It's also fucking up my sleep. After I play all day and go to bed, images of headshots and mushroom clouds don't go out of my mind. I'm probably in a worse situation now than the OP.

Yeah, I'm the same way. I'm level 66 second prestige, spent 260+ hours with the multiplayer only plus the countless hours finishing the campaign in all difficulties along with spec ops. A total of 300+ hours of playtime. After 6 nukes, the last 2 happening just now one after the other, I've simply become bored with this yet I still feel compelled to keep playing it.

48. At new years eve, instead of enjoying the festivities, you worry about how many people got predator missiles and AC130's after which you pray to god nobody got a 25 killstreak.

Your thread fails with this. I can see where you're coming from, but openly bitching about it to other people won't provide any enjoyment on your part let alone ours. The frustration of playing MW2 on the PC can't be summarized in words, yet I keep the swearing in my head. The only way you could ever possibly be good at the game is play cheap, and that's it. If you want something more skill based, then why not become part of the military and pwn some n00bs with real skill?
